In Singapore, our main task is to provide precision engineering processing using industrial-grade materials such as Stainless steel (sus 303, 304, 316 etc), Aluminium (AL 5083,6061, 7075 etc), Carbon Steel (550C, 718, P20, 8401, 2083, stavax, 4130,4340, etc), High performance engineering plastics: (ABC, PC, Peek, Pelrin, Torlon etc) and copper, bronze, titanium and etc.
Our processing methods include CNC Milling, CNC turning, Grinding, Wire cutting, EDM and 3D printing, with a controllable accuracy up to 5um. Follow up processing include: Hardening, Surface treatment and Polishing. Upon completion, our products undergo strict quality control inspection before being handed over to our customers.
